About this pairing
Onnea has OFA good hips & Max has OFA excellent hips. Both parents have OFA clear eyes, cardiac, elbows, prcd-PRA free & Embark tested free. Max’s OFA results here. The litter will have an estimated COI% of approximately 16%.
Max is a handsome male who does real life ranch work (herding) nearly daily and is competing in ASCA herding trials where he is turning heads. He’s also dabbled in agility. His sire has OFA excellent hips (evaluated at 9 years) & a clear heart (evaluated at 9.5 years). His dam has OFA good hips & a clear heart.
Both Onnea & Max have nice herding drives and come from impressive lines of agility dogs. Already at the age of 3, Onnea has earned her PSCA Silver Versatility award. This is a well thought out & unrelated pairing, coming from notable lines across the whole pedigree.
This exciting combo should produce bright & talented players. Black (homogenous KbKb), grey (KbKb w/ greying gene) and merle (KbKb M/m) are possible. Coats will be modest to light – Max is genetically Ff and Onnea is FF. All furnishings (F) are tested ‘weak’. Dogs will be very traditional in type and temperament.
Puppies will be AKC registered, microchipped, vaccinated, Embark tested, OFA eye evaluated & come home with a goodie bag. The litter is being raised following aspects of both AviDog & Puppy Culture protocols.
