Reward Your Dog!

10:30-12:30 Running agility is rewarding for us, but what is rewarding for our dogs? Learn how to build a toolbox of rewards specific to your dog, as well as the crucial skills of reward timing and placement.
Recommended level: Foundation – Advanced.

Choices, Choices! Best Options for Handling Open Level Courses

1:00-3:00 Gain experience with analyzing course maps, finding the best lines between obstacles, and choosing which handling options are best for your team.
Recommended level: Intermediate/Open.

Let’s Talk Lines

We have been competing about 2 days a month and the dogs have been doing super.  Lots of great performances and great times.  Mayhem has earned several QQ’s and is at 7 now !  He’s become so much more speedy and himself at trials…I love it !  Zae has been competing in master jumpers and holding his own with some good times.  He needs one more excellent standard leg to move up into master jumpers but has been doing amazing.

I am also excited to share that PYRWILD is now sponsored by Ruffdog Sports Supply 🙂

The weather has warmed up so we can begin spending more time outdoors and in the woods.  I just love these amazing dogs 🙂 Also, a reminder that I do offer ongoing private lessons/coaching and my Winter Games course has been redeveloped into an ongoing Skills and Relationship Building course.

PYRWILD’S FIRST ONLINE CLASS !

I am excited to announce:

Winter Games Class

This is an informal class open to any skill level and is perfect for winter training indoors and keeping your dog mentally exercised.  This builds on supplemental skills and engagement which can be incorporated and beneficial to current and future trainings.  These Winter Games will build on different foundation skills and strengthen the bond for both dogs and owners.  The tricks and games in this course are simple and perfect for working with the dogs bowl of food during their meal times–quick, easy and fun. 🙂  This course is based upon the food bowl games I play with my dogs regularly during winter when it is too cold to go outside.
